Eligibility for 47 BCS Application
For applying to the 47 BCS circular 2024, you have to meet some eligibility points. Nationality, age and academic qualification are the main.
Nationality: All the citizens of Bangladesh are eligible to apply for the 47 BCS exam.
Age: The age limit is 21 to 32 years for the children of a freedom fighter, for disabled candidates, and for the candidates who will apply for the “Health Cadre” position. However, for other candidates, the age limit is 21 to 30 years.
Academic Qualification: After the HSC (Higher Secondary Certificate) exam, a candidate must need to have at least a 4-year bachelor’s degree which is considered as the minimum requirement to apply to the 47th BCS.

47 BCS Teletalk Application Process
Many people get confused about the process of completing the BCS teletalk application for the 47th BCS exam 2022. No worries; we are going to make it simple for you. Check the process below:
- First of all, you have to go to http://bpsc.teletalk.com.bd/
- Then, you will find there three categories. Those are –
i) Application Form for General Cadres
ii) Application Form for Technical/Professional Cadres
iii) Application Form for General and Technical/Professional (both) Cadres
From here choose your desired cadre.
- A BCS application form has usually three parts:
Part-1: Personal Information
Part-2: Educational Qualification
Part-3: Cadre Option
You have to complete all the parts according to the given guideline. And of course, all the information should be accurate. Because you will not get any chance to apply for any kind of correction in your application. If the BPSC found any irrelevancy later in your application, they can disqualify you.
- You will need to upload a formal photo after completing three parts of your online application. The photo should be 300 x 300 pixels in JPG/JPEG format and the file size should be no larger than 100 KB. A black-white photo will not be accepted.
- After that, you will need to submit your signature. The signature image should be 300 x 80 pixels in JPG/JPEG format and the file size can be 60 KB maximum.
BPSC Teletalk Payment Process
You can pay the application fee through any Teletalk prepaid number. A fee of 700 BDT is applicable for the general candidates. But for the physically disabled, ethnic minority group, and third gender group candidates, the fee is 100 BDT only.
You can easily pay the application fee.
- Go to your message option, and type “BCS” <space> “User ID”, then send it to 16222
- As a return message, you will receive a PIN. Now type BCS <Space> Yes <Space> PIN and send to 16222

- You can download the 44th BCS exam admit card from the BPSC official website by logging in through the user id and password that you received from Teletalk.
