ICC Cricket World Cup 2023

The ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023 will be the 13th edition of the quadrennial ODI cricket tournament played by men’s national teams and hosted by India. The tournament will begin on October 5, 2023, and end on November 19, 2023. The tournament will be played in ten different stadiums across the country.

  • Sri Lanka.

England are the defending champions of the tournament, having triumphed in the 2019 edition following a thrilling final against New Zealand. In order to qualify for the tournament, teams had to go through the ICC’s qualification process. Wankhede Stadium (Mumbai) and Eden Gardens (Kolkata) will host the first and the second semi-finals, respectively, while Narendra Modi Stadium (Ahmedabad) will host the final.

ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 Fixture

The ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 will begin on 5 October with the trophy-holders England playing New Zealand at the Ahmedabad stadium’s capacity of 134,000. Wankhede Stadium (Mumbai) and Eden Gardens (Kolkata) will host the first and the second semi-finals, respectively. Narendra Modi Stadium (Ahmedabad) will host the final.
