NU professional admission apply 2021 has been started on NU admission based website app1.nu.edu.bd from 12 September 2021. The admission circular for the NU honours professional course has already been published by the National University authority. Students can start applying from 12th September 2021. The deadline for primary application is 28 September 2021.

Basic Requirements
All the students, unfortunately, cannot apply for admission to a professional course. There are some basic requirements that you must need to have.
If you have passed the SSC exam in the 2016/2017/2018 session and HSC in the 2018/2019/2020 session, then you are eligible to go ahead with the application.
For the students of the science group, there is a minimum requirement of GPA. In the SSC or equivalent exam, it should be at least 3.0 and in the HSC or equivalent exam, it should be at least 2.5 with the optional subject. The same requirements are applicable for the students of business studies and humanities groups.
However, for completing the application process, you need to have the following things ready –
- SSC/HSC Roll and Registration Number
- Board Name
- Passing Year
- Mobile Number
- Mobile Banking Account
- Phone/Computer with Internet Connection
NU Professional Online Apply Procedure
The application of NU professional apply process will begin on 12 September 2021. If you try to apply before that particular day, this dialogue box will appear – Sorry. Online Application Submission will start from Sun Sep 12 16:00:00 BDT 2021. Apply before 28 September 2021.
Anyway, let’s look at the process of NU Honours Professional Apply 2021.
- Go to app1.nu.edu.bd/ website after 12 September 2021
- Click on the Professional tab
- Under the Online Admission section click on apply now to fill up the application form.
- You have to enter your HSC/Same Qualification Exam’s roll number, registration number, education board name, passing year and registered mobile number. Further, you will receive all the related information to your given number from the National University authority.
- In case, your gender is switched by mistake, you have to click on the Click to Change. Make sure you fix this issue, or else the application will be declined.
- You have to select your preferred college from the chart. Course name and available seat information of the college will be shown after that.
- If you want to claim any particular Quota, you have to select from the Quota section. You have to carry the issued certificate to prove the quota status.
- You will need a passport size scanned image. Dimension: 120 X 150 pixels, Image Type: jpg, Maximum file size: 50 kb.
- Click on Submit Application and download the given PDF.
Payments Procedure
This procedure is quite sensitive, a single wrong digit can misplace your money. So, be careful when you do this part.
- Download pdf of the application form.
- When you are done, you will have to pay a 300 TK application fee through the selected mobile banking system.
- The college authority will select the mobile banking system. So, you should check your selected college’s website/notice board for this information.
- If the college authority accepts your payment and primary application form, you will get SMS notification on your phone.
- Pay before the deadline. The last day of payment is 29 September.
How to recover PIN or User ID
Don’t forget your Pin or User ID. Well, in case you forget, there is nothing to worry about. Follow these steps to recover your lost Pin or User ID:
- To recover your Pin or User ID go to nu.ac.bd/admissions
- Select Professional tab.
- Click on the Admission Roll and PIN recovery option.
- Fill up the required information.
- You will get back your ID.
Important Info about admission
Never hesitate to select your favorite College or Subject. Though you can select multiple subjects, keep your favorite subject on the top. You may not get into the first merit list but there is a huge chance that you can get the desired subject in the 2nd or 3rd merit list. If you have any Quota, fill up that area. It will be a lot easier for you to get admitted. Provide the mobile number that you always carry, so you will be in touch with the NU notices through SMS.
