  • The students who are graduating under the authority of National University, if they are 18 years or more than 18 years old have to submit their Birth certificate information in this NU vaccine registration link- http://103.113.200.28/student_covidinfo within the next three working days. The last Covid-19 vaccination date is 21 September 2021.
  • If the student does not have NID/National Identity Card can also submit their information.
  • The student has to apply for an online birth certificate if he does not have one.
  • After filling up the Covid-19 vaccine registration form, the National University authority will take appropriate action so that the applicant can get the Covid-19 vaccine.
  • Every working teacher, officers, employee and student who are graduating from the National University, their vaccination is mandatory.
