The DU was founded in 1922 as a collegiate university. It is situated in New Delhi, India. At that time (1922) Hari Singh Gour served as the first Vice-Chancellor from 1922-1926. How to download NTA DU Admit Card 2021 PDF?

  • The Admit Card will be issued to the Candidates in due course on a provisional basis, subject to their satisfying the eligibility conditions.
  • DUET admit card 2021 release date is very close, please check the National Testing Agency’s official website for further notification about the DUET admit card.
  • The candidate has to download the Admit Card from the NTA website (https://nta.ac.in/), which will be intimated through Public Notice issued on the website.
  • Candidates have to appear in the Examination at the given Centre on Date and Shift (Timing) as would be indicated in their respective UG & PG Admit Card.
  • The candidates are not allowed to participate in the exam hall other than what is mentioned in the DUET admit card.
  • In case a candidate is unable to download Admit Card from the website or notices any discrepancy in his/her particular or photograph or signature shown in the Admit Card and Confirmation Page, the candidate may immediately approach the Help Line of NTA between 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. In such cases, such candidate(s) would appear in the examination with the already downloaded NTA Admit Card. However, NTA will take necessary action to make corrections in the record later.

Important Notes 

Since the DUET exam date is near, you will get the DUET hall ticket notice soon on the official website. Before that take a look at the important notes that you should know to avoid future problems:

  • Candidates must take in mind that the DUET admit card won’t be sent to the post office.
  • Candidates have no authority to change the information which is included in the admit card.
  • The duplicate Admit Card for DUET 2021 would not be issued at the Examination Centers.
  • If the authority finds the given information on the admit card false or misleading, they have the power to reject your DUET admit card.
  • You need to keep the admit card in a safe place for future purposes.

Essential Documents

These following documents should be brought to the exam hall on the date of Delhi University Entrance Test by the candidates. Do not provide misleading information or any false documents.

  • Download DUET UG & PG  admit card 2021 from National Testing Agency official website nta.ac.in/duetexam and admission.uod.ac.in. Bring the printed copy to the exam hall.
  • To attach in the Attendance Sheet, bring the same passport size photograph that you provided on the DUET online application form.
  • Original, valid and non-expired authorized Government photo IDs. You can provide any one of these- PAN Card/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Passport/ Aadhaar Card / Aadhaar Enrolment No/ Ration Card (with photograph).
  • The name you submitted on the admit card, must match to the name on the photo identification you provided.
  • For any kind of reason, if the name is changed, the candidates must bring the relevant documents. If your name was changed due to marriage, you must bring your marriage certificate.
  • If the person has any physical disability, then he must bring the certificate regarding physical limitation (authorized by Chief Medical Officer/ Civil Surgeon/ Medical Superintendent of a Government Health Care Institution)

Prohibited Materials

There are some rules that one must follow in the DUET exam hall. Do not bring the mentioned equipment in the exam hall or you can bring a person along with you to carry your belongings outside of the exam hall.

  • Any kind of electronic gadgets/device and any kind of eatable things in the DUET examination hall is prohibited. Such as smartwatch, smartphone, earpiece, instrument/geometry/pencil box, handbag, purse or any kind of paper/ stationery, eatables/snacks and tea/coffee/cold drinks/Water (loose or packed), Mobile Phone/ Ear Phone/Microphone/Pager, Calculator, Camera, Tape Recorder, any metallic item or Electronic gadgets, etc.
  • Enter the exam hall at least two hours before the given time. Leave every item outside of the hall, if any mentioned item is found during the exam time, you will be expelled.
  • In the exam hall smoking, chewing gutka, spitting, etc. are highly prohibited.

The students who are diagnosed with diabetes can bring eatables like sugar tablets/fruits and transparent water bottles but they must provide a certificate regarding physical limitations. However, they are not permitted to carry packed food like chocolate/candy/sandwiches, etc.
