AAUB Admission Circular 2025-2026
Aviation and Aerospace University, Bangladesh (AAUB) is accepting applications from eligible candidates for admission into the Bachelor Program for the 2025-2026 academic session. Classes will take place at AAUB’s temporary campus situated at the Old PSC Building (next to BAF Information & Selection Center), Old Airport, Tejgaon, Dhaka. Admission will be granted based on a competitive selection process that takes into account past academic records, performance in the admission test, and an interview. Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for the written examination. Please note that application processing fees are non-refundable.

Eligibility for Admission
(1) A candidate must pass SSC/equivalent examination in 2022 & 2023 and HSC/equivalent examination in 2024& 2025 from the science group.
(2) Candidates from the science group must have obtained a minimum GPA of 4.50 each in SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent.
(3) In ‘O’ level examination, candidates having ‘C’ or lower grades in more than two subjects out of five subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English will not be eligible for the admission tests.
(4) In ‘A’ level examination, candidates having ‘C’ or lower grades in more than one subject out of Three subjects including Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry will not be eligible for admission test.
(5) Foreign applicants shall apply through their respective embassies. Educational qualifications are the same as applicable for Bangladesh students.
AAUB Admission Test Marks Distribution
BSMRAAU admission will be held in a total of 100 marks. 60 marks for the written exam and the rest of the 40 marks for MCQ based exam. Subject-based detailed marks distribution is explained below-

- The preliminarily selected applicants will be required to take a 60-question MCQ and a 40-question written exam. The admissions test will last 90 minutes.
- Students who have already been admitted to this university are not eligible to apply for admission.

Application Process of AAUB Admission Application 2026
- The AAUB Admission 2026 application form will be available on the website bsmraau.teletalk.com.bd.
- Candidates will be assigned an Application ID after completing the application form. The applicant must text the Application ID. BDT 200 service charge will be taken from the amount.
- Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for a written test, which will be announced on the BSMRAAU website at www.bsmraau.edu.bd. In this regard, they will also be notified through SMS.
- Shortlisted candidates must send BDT 550 to obtain their admit card online. A taka 550 service charge will be taken from the balance.
- The candidate will receive an SMS containing the User ID and Password, as well as other instructions for downloading the admit card.
- Candidates must bring their admission cards, as well as their national identification cards/passports.
- Candidates must carry the admit cards along with a National ID/ Passport/ Any other Acceptable ID during both the written test and viva.

Admission Related Information
- Finally, selected candidates must pick up the Admission form from the appropriate department.
- Candidates must submit the duly completed admission form, original copies of all certificates/mark sheets, and attested photocopies to the departments’ respective offices.
- The Head of the Respective Department will conduct the appropriate inspection of all papers to determine their validity and will sign the admission form if the assessment is satisfied.
- The completed Admission form must be submitted to the Academic Section. Academic Section will take the appropriate actions and issue the necessary instructions on the University’s Notice Board for students to complete admission formalities.
What documents are required for final admission?
- The subject selection and merit list of the students initially selected for admission, as well as the list of pending candidates, will be published on AAUB’s Notice board and on the website (www.aaub.edu.bd).
- Following the publication of the section selection list of the selected applicants, all candidates must appear for the verification and health examination on the day set by the Admission Committee’s President.
- If the original certificate is not confirmed and the applicant does not present in the health examination on the due date, his or her admission will be automatically canceled unless prior authorization is acquired through a written application. It should be noted that the admitted students’ original certificates and grade sheets will be submitted to the Registrar’s Office.
Students who are eligible for admission should submit the following documents at the time of verification of the original certificate:
1. Original copy of Secondary School Certificate or equivalent and Higher Secondary Certificate or equivalent examination side original grade sheet or original/provisional certificate and original copy of all other certificates including a testimonial of the head of the educational institution.
2. Students have freshly copied 06 copies of passport size and 02 copies of stamp size photographs.
3. Citizenship Certificate issued by the Mayor / Administrator / Chairman of City Corporation / Municipality / Local Union Parishad.
4. Attested photocopy of NID Card / Birth Registration Certificate.
5. Attested photocopy of NID cards of father/mother/ local guardian and 02 photocopies of each.
- After verification of the submitted certificate and other documents, the health of the candidate will be examined at the medical center of the university. Visual impairment can be re-examined within seven days.
- If a candidate is found to be eligible for the health examination, he/she will have to be admitted by submitting the required fee within the stipulated time with the approval of the Chairman of the Admission Committee.
