Since the BUP admission application is going to start on 08 November 2024 so we must know the process of applying online. • The Bangladesh University of Professional invited the candidates for the Bachelor and Masters program of 2024-2025 session.
• BUP offers four years of Honours/Engineering (BICE and CSE) and two years Masters Program.
• Students who have passed HSC or equivalent examination in 2023 and 2024 are allowed to apply for BA/BSS/BBA/BSC Honors/BSc Engineering (BICE and CSE) Programs.
• A candidate can apply for admission in any number of faculties he/she is eligible for.
• Admission tests (written) of various faculties will be conducted at different dates and times.
• Application processing fees are non-refundable.

• Choose a program, which is provided with a colorful background
• Select the faculties you want to get admitted (You can select multiple faculties if you want but you have to be eligible and meet with their minimum requirements)
• After selecting the faculties click on the apply button to proceed to the application form
• Fill up the form by providing the correct and legal information
• Double-check your details, mobile number and emails. Once done click on the Next button
• If you are eligible, you will get an email and SMS with a Payment ID and payment link.

Places for BUP Admission

People find it difficult to find their admission exam places so we have made a new section for that part. Bangladesh Universities of Professionals’ admission test 2024 (written) will be conducted in the following places-

• Written exam will be held only in Dhaka
• Viva-voce will be taken in BUP premises.
• The Schedule of events will be circulated later.

All of the other information will be provided to your admission card/BUP admission account.

Mark Distribution of Admission Exam 

Students who passed BBA from the Department of Business Administration – General, under the Faculty of Business Studies (FBS), BUP need not appear at the Admission Test. They are requested to submit an application to the Chairman, Department of Business Administration- General, FBS before the last date of the Examination.

All Faculties except MBA – Written Test – 70%, Viva Voce – 15%, HSC/Equivalent Result – 05% and SSC/Equivalent Result – 10% (Total=100%)

For Two Years MBA Program – Written Test – 65%, Viva Voce – 15%, Undergraduate/Bachelor/Honors Program/Equivalent Result – 10%, HSC/Equivalent Result – 05% and SSC/Equivalent Result – 05% (Total=100%)

Special Instruction for Candidates

• Admission test will be taken in the MCQ system and .25 will be deducted for each wrong answer.
• Candidates having foreign degrees (Except ‘O’/’A’ Level/International Baccalaureate) must have the equivalence certificate from the Ministry of Education/Education Board/University of Grants Commission of Bangladesh.
