The Dhaka University Science Unit admission exam is open to candidates from all educational backgrounds. Students from all academic groups are eligible to participate in the admission test. DU Science Unit Pass Mark

Now DU Science unit pass mark may be a million-dollar question for admission candidates. According to the admission notice, Pass number 24 for MCQ exam while if candidates will pass in MCQ exam in that case only the examiner will check the written answer sheet. However, among the candidates who have passed the MCQ examination, 5 times the written answer sheet of the total seats of this unit will be evaluated. In contrast, the pass mark is 12 for the written exam. Finally, MCQ & written exam combined pass mark is 40 in the total number of 100. Candidates whose score is below 40 are not eligible for admission.

In the academic year 2019-20, 85,879 students attended the Dhaka Admission A unit exam and only 13,685 students passed the exam.

Conditions of Dhaka Admission Exam 2023

To attend the admission test you need to abide by some rules. Avoid all kinds of illegal actions in the exam hall and maintain social distance in the exam hall as well as on the University campus.

  • Follow the rules and regulations while attending the admission test, including maintaining social distance and avoiding illegal actions.
  • Wear a face mask in the exam hall and bring an extra one with you. Keep a hand sanitizer and avoid physical contact.
  • Arrive at the exam hall at least 30 minutes before the given time. There will be no break between the MCQ and written test.
  • Do not bring smartphones, smartwatches, calculators, or any other electronic devices to the exam hall.
