Dhaka University Admission Result 2024
DU admission result 2023-2024 of all units will publish on 28 March 2024 ( Thursday). On the result publishing day at 3.30 pm the Vice-Chancellor, Dr. ASM Maqsood Kamal, will proclaim the result from virtual classroom. The department of public relations of Dhaka University has informed this information in a notice on Wednesday. We know that all participant of unit admission exams are waiting for seeing result.
On February 23, 2024 the admission tests for Arts, Law, and Social Science unit began and the Science Unit admission test took place on 01 March 2024. Business studies and fine arts unit admission test was conducted respectively 24 February and 9 March. This year without fine arts unit admission, other units admission test were held in eight divisional cities, including Dhaka, similar to last year.

DU Result 2024
In 2023-2024 academic year, a big amount specifically 2 lakh 79 thousand 2 applicants have applied for five thousand sixty five seats across four units of the university. There are about 47 applicants per seat on average. For the science unit one lakh twenty two thousand eighty applications have been submitted where total seat was one hundred eighty hundred fifty one. There are 112,225 applications for 2,934 seats for the Faculty of Arts, Law, and Social Sciences. 37,660 students have applied for 1,040 seats out of a total of 1,050 seats available for the business studies unit.
This year merit list of candidates have prepared based on a total of one hundred twenty marks. By equation this GPA obtained in the secondary examination was doubled and the GPA obtained in the higher secondary examination. Then the total of these one hundred marks had added to the marks obtained in the admission test, resulting in a merit list out of hundred twenty marks.
How to Check DU Admission Result?
An applicant will have an opportunity to find their result by visiting the official website admission.eis.du.ac.bd. To find the result an applicant have to give some specific details. For this a student have to input the required information, such as their roll number or application ID, and any other relevant details. After submitting all the information an applicant can see his or her own unit result.

Dhaka University Result 2024 by SMS
An applicant can check also to find result by sms from Teletalk, Banglalink, Airtel, or Robi. He or she would need to send a specific code or keyword. After sending sms a student can find a retured sms with detailed result. Below for your benefits we will describe the sms sending system.
