The Directorate of Technical Education has published a recruitment circular on 03 May 2021. As per the circular, a total of 2181 people will be recruited in 03 posts. Today we will know through this post how to apply for these posts and how to pay the application fee. But before that, we will know about the application eligibility.

Exam Date
DTER or Directorate of Technical Education has proclaimed upcoming DTER job exam date. According to source, exam will be held on 20 August 2021.
DTER Admit Card 2021
Candidates will be notified via SMS when the admit card is issued. Candidates can also find out through this website dter.teletalk.com.bd if the admit card is published.
However, only eligible candidates can download the DTER admit card 2021. Ineligible candidates will not be able to download the admit card. And ineligible candidates will not receive any SMS regarding the download of admit card.
When the DTER admit card is published, using User ID and Password, eligible candidates can download the admit card from this website dter.teletalk.com.bd.
Things to do if you forget your PIN/User ID
Applicants can recover their User ID or PIN from Teletalk pre-paid SIM only by following the SMS procedure.
- If you can remember User ID: DTER <Space> Help <Space> User <Space> User ID and send it to 16222.
- If you can remember PIN number DTER <Space> Help <Space> PIN <Space PIN No. and send it to 16222.
Application Eligibility
Age: On 01 June 2021, the age of the candidate must be between 18 to 30 years. However, in the case of martyrs/children of freedom fighters/physical disability, the maximum age must be 32 years.

Other Information
i) Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government/Autonomous Institutions have to apply through the appropriate authority.
ii) In the case of candidate selections, the latest government regulations including the prevailing district quota and other quotas will be followed.
ii) The authority has the power to reduce or increase the number of vacancies mentioned in the BTEB job circular 2021.
DTER Teletalk Apply Process
The process of filling online application form and submitting application fee has started from 05 July 2021. This process will continue till 31 July 2021. The process of filling online application form and submitting the application fee is given below.
Online Application Process
1. First, visit this website dter.teletalk.com.bd.
2. Then click on “Application Form (Click here to apply online)”.
3. You will see a list of posts on the page displayed on your screen. Select the post you want to apply for.
4. Now you will see the application form. Fill out the application form with the required information.
5. Candidate’s signature and color photo will be required while filling the application form. Where the color photo resolution must be 300 x 300 pixels and the resolution of the signature photo must be 300 x 80 pixels.
6. Submit the application form if it is filled correctly.
Application Fee Submission Procedure
BDT 112/- has to be paid as exam fee. An Applicant’s Copy which is available when online application is submitted accurately contains a User ID. Using this User ID, the applicant has to submit the application fee within maximum of 72 hours by sending only 02 (two) SMS in the following process. Applicant must send SMS through any Teletalk pre-paid SIM.
- First SMS: DTER <Space> User ID and send it to 16222
- Second SMS: DTER <Space> YES <Space> PIN and send it to 16222
