Dhaka University Cha Unit Result 2023-2024
On 09 March 2024, the admission test for the undergraduate (Honours) 1st year of the Faculty of Fine Arts unit at Dhaka University was held for the 2023-2024 academic year. A total of 7,037 applicants have applied for admission to the fine arts unit, which has 130 available seats. To be eligible for the practical test, candidates must achieve a merit position in the general knowledge exam. The DU Fine Arts Result will be determined based on the candidate’s performance in the practical test.

DU Fine Arts MCQ Result 2024
There were 100 marks admission tests conducted for the other units at Dhaka University, consisting of 60 multiple choice questions and 40 written questions. Candidates were given 90 minutes in total to complete both sections, with 45 minutes allocated for each section. As for Unit F or Cha Unit, there was a multiple choice test worth 40 marks in the general knowledge section, which required 30 minutes to complete. To access the DU Cha unit result 2024, candidates can check the display at the Dean’s Office of Dhaka University or visit the DU admission-related website admission.eis.du.ac.bd, where the results will also be published. CHA Unit (Fine Arts) Drawing Exam Result
DU CHA Unit Drawing exam result has been released on the official website. Based on the merit of the general knowledge exam result, only the top 1,500 (one thousand five hundred) candidates will be selected to participate in the Drawing (Figure Drawing) examination. Selected candidates must bring a printed copy of the result of the first part, along with their original admission card, to participate in the second part of the examination.
What Should You Do After Getting Merit Result ?
- After passing the admission test, candidates must fill out a preference form for admission to their desired section through the website within the specified date. Failure to do so will result in the examinee being considered uninterested in admission. The category of admission will be automatically determined based on the order of merit and the category choice of the examinee.
- Following the publication of the CHA Unit merit list, students must inform the department office about their admission within the date specified on the website. They must bring their admission test admission letter, original number sheet of secondary and higher secondary examination, transcript, testimonial, and SSC certificate.
- The signature and passport-size photos used in all the documents related to the admission of the finally selected candidates in the admission test must match the signature and photo used in the admission test application form.
Instructions for Nominated Candidates
- Admission candidates have to collect the pay-in-industry online within the stipulated date and deposit the specified amount online and collect the admission-form by depositing it within the stipulated time at the counter-foil department office of Pay-slip.
- Candidates will lose the opportunity of admission if they are not admitted within the stipulated time after being nominated and determined by the department.
Candidates should bring along the following items at the time of admission as per the requirements of this department:
A) 4 passport size color photo.
B) Original number sheet / transcript of all examinations and 2 copies of photocopy of number sheet / transcript
C) Original Admission Card and Photocopy of Higher Secondary / Equivalent Examination (2)
D) Income Certificate of Guardian issued by Gazetted Officer of first class or concerned person
E) Original copy and photocopy of testimonial of HSC examination issued by the school and college (2)
F) Original certificate of passing SSC / equivalent examination.
Photo and photocopy will be attested by the teacher of the concerned department.
