Admission Requirement
- Candidates who have cleared the SSC or equivalent examination between 2018 and 2021 and the HSC or its equivalent in 2023 from the Science Group are eligible to apply for admission.
- The candidate must have passed from a recognized education board in Bangladesh.
- The total GPA obtained by the candidate in the SSC and HSC or equivalent examinations (including the 4th subject) should be a minimum of 6.50.
- Candidates should have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics in the HSC or equivalent examination.
Admission Test Mark Distribution
All candidates interested in admission must participate in the admission test, which will be conducted in the Multiple Choice Question (MCQ) format. The test will comprise 120 marks, equating to 120 MCQs. The allotted duration for the admission test will be 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Pass Number
Admission test pass number is 48. Those who get less than 48 marks will not be considered for admission.
Note: No number will be deducted for wrong answer.
Merit Score and Merit Order
1. The merit list will be prepared in the order of the merit scores obtained by the candidates on the basis of total 200 marks. For this, GPA obtained in SSC or its equivalent exam (with 4th subject) will be multiplied 08 times, GPA obtained in HSC or its equivalent exam (including 4th subject) will be multiplied 12 times and the number obtained in the admission test; with the combination of this number, merit score of 200 numbers will be made. And then the merit list will be created in order.
2. If the merit score is equal then the merit order will be made in the following order.
- Scores obtained in the admission test.
- GPA obtained in HSC / equivalent examination (excluding 4th subject)
- Grading Point Average (GPA) obtained in HSC / equivalent examination (including 4th subject)
- GPA obtained in SSC / equivalent examination (including 4th subject)
3. Those who are absent in the admission test or get less than 40 marks will not be given merit score.
