The company is run by special training of Bangladesh Army. In newly independent Bangladesh, the National Security Intelligence Agency was established by a resolution on December 29, 1972 which is known as NSI. Educational qualification from 8th class pass to post-graduation has been sought for the posts published in the recruitment notification of NSI according to the rank.
