NTRCA Marks Distribution

Candidates are required to participate in the preliminary exam, which consists of multiple-choice questions (MCQ) and carries a total of 100 marks. The duration of the exam is one hour, during which candidates will answer 100 questions. Each correct answer earns one mark, while an incorrect answer result in a deduction of 0.25 marks from the total score.

NTRCA Written Examination Procedures and Document Requirements

Candidates who pass the 18th NTRCA preliminary MCQ exam will be eligible to sit for the 18th NTRCA written exam. The date, venue, and schedule of the 18 NTRCA written examination will be announced later through national newspapers, the NTRCA website, and via SMS. Each subject’s written examination lasts for 3 hours and is worth 100 marks. Following the written examination, the authority will select candidates for the oral examination based on their written exam scores.

Language for Answering in the  NTRCA Written Exam 

Answers to questions related to Bengali, English, and other language subjects must be written in the respective languages. For other subjects, answers can be written in either Bengali or English. Multiple languages cannot be used in the answer to a single subject. If there are any specific instructions provided in the question paper for a particular subject, answers must be written accordingly.

Documents Required for Participation NTRCA Viva Exam

  1. Admission card for the oral examination.
  2. Original copies of all educational qualification certificates.
  3. Original copy of the mark sheet for the bachelor’s (pass/honors) level.
  4. For candidates applying for assistant teacher positions in specific subjects, original copies of the admission cards/letters for the bachelor’s (pass/honors) level in the optional subject mentioned in the online application form.
  5. Original copy of the training certificate in relevant fields.
  6. Original copy of the national identity card.
  7. Any other documents requested by the authority, presented in original form during the oral examination.
