Public Circular e-Application Process

Selected candidates can apply for NTRCA e-application form through online. Here we added full instruction for online application.

  • Candidate’s name should be similar to the information given while filling up the Teacher Registration Examination Form. Remember that, if the spelling of the name is not the same or if the spelling is wrong, there will be a disturbance in computer processing for which the responsibility has to be borne by the concerned candidate.
  • After successfully submitting your online application, you will automatically receive an SMS from NTRCA. The candidate should save a print copy of the application form submitted on his own initiative.
  •  e-Application Form is advised to be filled carefully. Once the application form is submitted after filling the application form, there will be no chance for correction.
  • On the basis of the subject based registration certificate obtained by NTRCA, the certificate holder can apply to all the institutions mentioned in the list against the relevant subject or subjects displayed in e-Advertisement.
  •  Earlier NTRCA had instructed to update the information of all the registration certificate holders who have passed the 1st to 5th Teacher Registration Examination through ngi.teletalk.com.bd. Those who have not yet updated the information are requested to update the relevant information immediately before applying online. Otherwise, it will not be possible to process their application.
  •  According to the latest manpower structure issued by the Ministry of Education, the applicant must apply only for the post mentioned in his / her teacher registration certificate. If a candidate receives a recommendation by giving false information, legal action will be taken against him including dismissal of the recommendation.
  • Received applications will be sent to the head of the concerned institution for selection by selecting or selecting for final appointment recommendation on the basis of merit from the integrated national merit list following the government rules and regulations. Selected candidates will be notified via SMS.
  • If any educational institution fails to provide appointment letter to the recommended candidate within the time given by the appointment recommendation, then necessary steps will be taken to dismiss the managing committee or governing body of all those institutions as per the order of the Hon’ble High Court Division.
  • NTRCA will not be liable for any of the stated reasons if it is not possible to appoint to any post in the notification published online due to lawsuit or any legal complication.

Payment Method for NTRCA Application

Once you have filled out and submitted your application form, you will need to pay a fee of BDT 180 for the online application process. Once you have received your Application ID, you can submit the application fee via SMS by following the instructions provided in your application copy.

To make the payment, send the following two SMS messages to 16222:

1st SMS: NGI <SPACE> APPLICATION ID AND SEND IT TO 16222

For example: NGI R1234 AND SEND IT TO 16222

After sending this message, you will receive a return SMS with your Application Post Name and PIN Number.

2nd SMS: NGI <SPACE> YES <SPACE> PIN AND SEND IT TO 16222

For example: NGI YES R12345678 AND SEND IT TO 16222

Sending this message confirms your payment and completes the application process.
