Already ministry has sent a demand letter to the Bangladesh Public Service Commission (BPSC) for this purpose. PSC will take second time appointment . The Ministry of Primary and Mass Education has said that the the circular will be issued in a short time.
According to ministry sources, there are currently more than 15 thousands head teacher posts in 63,041 government primary schools in the whole country. Due to the official complexity of the 898 candidates recommended by the PSC at the end of last year, it was possible to appoint 470 persons. There are about 10 thousand head teacher posts across the country.
PSC will publish the school head teacher circular on the recommendation of the Ministry of Primary and Mass Education. Head teachers will be eligible for second grade non-cadre status.
