Age will be determined according to the original certificate of Secondary School Certificate (SSC) or equivalent exam. Applications above the age of the candidate will not be accepted. Affidavit will not be accepted in case of age determination.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Education Qualification: <\/strong>Bachelor&#8217;s degree in law from a recognized university for a period of 4 years, or Bachelor of Law, or hold a postgraduate degree in law from a recognized foreign university with a 3-year bachelor&#8217;s degree:<\/p>\n<p>There are conditions, that person is a law graduate, or graduation (honors), or as the case, must have obtained second class or equivalent CGPA at postgraduate level in law.<\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Physical Qualification:<\/strong> The candidate must be physically fit to perform the duties of Assistant Judge. The candidate has to appear before the Medical Board constituted by the Department of Health or the nominated Medical Officer to verify and certify whether he is physically fit or not.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nationality:<\/strong> The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh or a permanent resident of Bangladesh or domiciled in Bangladesh.<\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\">Exam Type And Pass Number<\/h3>\n<p>Candidate selection process is done through 3 exams. Brief description of 3 types of BJSC exam and pass number is written below.<\/p>\n<p class=\"LC20lb DKV0Md\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Preliminary Exam: <\/strong>The preliminary exam will be 100 marks. There are a total of 100 MCQs in that preliminary exam. The value of each MCQ was 1. However, 0.25 mark would be deducted for wrong answer of each MCQ. The minimum pass number for this test was 50.<\/p>\n<p>Only those who pass this preliminary exam will be able to participate in the written exam.
