“আমার বাড়ি” কবিতায় বন্ধুকে আপ্যায়নের জন্য যে যে আযােজন ও খাবারের কথা উল্লেখ আছে তা নিম্নে উল্লেখ করা হলােঃ
কবি জসিমউদ্দিনের ‘হাসু’ কাব্যগ্রন্থের অন্তর্গত “আমার বাড়ি” কবিতায় কবি তার বন্ধুকে আমন্ত্রণ জানিয়েছিলেন আপ্যায়ন করার জন্য। এটি তাঁর শহরের বন্ধুকে গ্রামের বাড়িতে আপ্যায়ন করার আমন্ত্রণ। তিনি মূলত তার বন্ধুকে পল্লী প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য দেখার পাশাপাশি তাকে বিভিন্নভাবে। আপ্যায়ন করবেন বলে বর্ণনা করেছেন। তিনি তার বন্ধুকে ফুলের মালা দিয়ে তাকে বরণ করে নিতে চেয়েছেন। তিনি তাকে আপ্যায়ন করতে চান পানি বা শরবত খাইয়ে এবং শালি ধানের চিড়া, কবরী কলা ও গামছা বাঁধা দই দিয়ে।
প্রকৃতির সান্নিধ্যে কেমন করে অতিথির প্রাণ জুড়াবে এর এক নিবিড় পরিচয় আছে এই কবিতাটিতে। কবি তার বন্ধুকে ছায়াময় গাছের নিচে শান্ত ও নিরিবিলি জায়গায় ঘুমাতে দিবেন। কবি তার বন্ধুর সাথে সারা দিন কাটাবে , খেলাধুলা করবে, গল্পগুজব করবে। কবির সাথে সাথে যেন অতিথিকে আপ্যায়ন করতে গাছ, ফুল এবং পাখিরাও উন্মুখ হয়ে আছে। | অতিথির বিশ্রাম ও আনন্দের জন্য গৃহস্থের আন্তরিক প্রয়াস কবিতায় বিশেষভাবে লক্ষণীয়।
নিজের পারিবারিক অভিজ্ঞতার আলােকে বর্তমান সময়ে অতিথি আপ্যায়নের ক্ষেত্রে সাদৃশ্য ও বৈসাদৃশ্য নিম্নে উপস্থাপন করা হলঃ
সাদৃশ্যঃ
১) বর্তমান সময়েও আমরা অতিথিকে বিভিন্ন ধরনের ফুলের মালা বা ফুলের তােড়া দিয়ে বরণ করে নেই।
২) বর্তমান সময়ে আমরা অতিথিকে আপ্যায়নের জন্য বিভিন্ন ধরনের খাবারের আয়ােজন করে থাকি। যেমনঃ সেমাই, নুডলস, পাস্তা, খিচুড়ি, বিরিয়ানি, পােলাও, মাংস, দই কোরমা ইত্যাদি। এছাড়াও বিভিন্ন ধরনের মাছ-মাংস, শাক-সবজি ও ফলমূল এর ব্যবস্থা করে থাকি।
বৈসাদৃশ্যঃ
১) বর্তমান সময়ে আমরা অতিথি বন্ধুর সাথে বেশি খেলাধুলা করিনা বরং টিভি দেখি, ভাচুয়াল গেম খেলি।
২) বর্তমান সময়ে আমরা কবরী কলা, গামছা বাঁধা দই, চিড়া-মুড়ি, খই এগুলাের পরিবর্তে বন্ধুকে আপ্যায়নের জন্য বিভিন্ন ধরনের আধুনিক । মুখরােচক খাবারের আয়ােজন করে থাকি।
উপরিউক্ত সাদৃশ্য ও বৈসাদৃশ্য থেকে বলতে পারি যে, বাঙ্গালীদের অতিথি বন্ধুকে আপ্যায়নের যে একটা ঐতিহ্য আছে , সেটা এখনাে পর্যন্ত বিদ্যমান আছে। যদিও পূর্বের তুলনায় এখন ভিন্নভাবে আপ্যায়ন করা হয় । তবে অতিথি বন্ধুর আপ্যায়ন এর ক্ষেত্রে কোন ত্রুটি রাখা হয় না।
