Minimum Application Requirements
- The candidate must be a citizen of Bangladesh.
- The candidate must have passed the SSC or equivalent examination in 2020 or 2021 from any education board in Bangladesh with a minimum GPA of 4.00 or equivalent.
- Alternatively, the candidate must have passed the HSC, Alim, or equivalent examination in 2020 or the November of 2022 or later with a GCE ‘A’ Level certificate.
- For admission to the engineering departments, the candidate must have a total grade point of at least 14.00 in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry, and a minimum grade point of 3.50 in English. The total grade points for Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English combined must be at least 18.00.
- Candidates who have passed equivalent examinations from English versions/foreign education boards must obtain equivalent grades in the mentioned subjects.
- Additionally, for admission to the Biomedical Engineering department, candidates must have a minimum grade point of 4.00 in Biology in the higher secondary or equivalent examination.
- For candidates who have passed both GCE ‘O’ and ‘A’ levels, they must obtain separate ‘A’ grades in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English in the ‘O’ Level examination. In the ‘A’ Level examination, they must obtain separate ‘A’ grades in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. For admission to the Biomedical Engineering department, candidates must obtain at least a ‘B’ grade in Biology in the ‘A’ Level examination.
- For candidates with at least 12 years of academic study in foreign educational institutions, they must obtain at least 80% in each of Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English in the higher secondary or equivalent examination of 2022. Those who have scored below 80% but at least 70% in the mentioned subjects will also be eligible.
- Out of all eligible applicants, the first 30,000 candidates, based on the total marks in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and English in the higher secondary or equivalent examination, will have the opportunity to participate in the admission test.
- Minimum qualifications will be considered for GCE ‘O’ Level / GCE ‘A’ Level and reserved seats, and all eligible applicants will be evaluated for participation in the admission test.”

Application Fee
Applicants must pay the application fee; otherwise, the admission application will not be considered. The fee is 1350/- Taka for group ‘Ka’ and 1450/- Taka for group ‘Kha’. The process for submitting the admission test fee will be provided on the respective website when applying online.
