Dental Admission Online Apply 2023-2024
In 2023-2024 academic year, application for admission in the 1st year BDS course is going on. The online application process has already started. Online applications will be accepted till 30 March 2022. You will know the application eligibility, application process, application fee, and application fee submission process through this post. Minimum Requirements
- The applicant must be a citizen of Bangladesh.
- The applicant must have successfully completed the SSC or its equivalent examination in 2021 or 2022 and the HSC or its equivalent examination in 2023 or 2024.
- The combined GPA of both the SSC/equivalent and HSC/equivalent examinations must be at least 9.00. However, for tribal candidates and those from hill districts, the minimum GPA requirement is 8.00.
- Please note that applicants with a GPA lower than 4.00 in HSC/equivalent examination are ineligible to apply.
- All candidates must have a minimum GPA of 4.00 in Biology in the HSC/equivalent examination.
Failure to meet this requirement will result in disqualification from the application process
Dental Admission Apply 2024
Firstly, candidates need to visit the Dental Admission application website at dghs.teletalk.com.bd. The application process is conducted through this website. Before applying, candidates should have the following items ready:
i) A colored picture must be uploaded, with a resolution of 300 x 300 pixels and a maximum size of 100 KB. The picture should be taken using a digital camera. Additionally, candidates need to upload a signature with a resolution of 300 x 80 pixels and a maximum size of 60 KB.
ii) Candidates should have their district, current address, and permanent address written in English. It is crucial to enter the spellings correctly in the online application form.
iii) Candidates should pre-select the names of dental colleges or units they are interested in for admission, arranging them in order of preference. Once the choices are submitted, they cannot be changed.

After gathering the aforementioned information, the application process should be completed following these steps:
i) Visit the website dgme.teletalk.com.bd.
ii) Choose “BDS Admission,” which will redirect you to another page.
iii) On this page, there are two options: one for candidates who have passed SSC/HSC/Alim, and the other for O-Level/A-Level or candidates who have passed from abroad. For the second type of candidate (those who have passed from abroad), carefully review the circular before proceeding. Select an option and click the “Next” button.
iv) Clicking the “Next” button will display the application form. Fill in the application form accurately with the right information. Follow the subsequent instructions provided in the application form. Complete the online application form and then submit it. Upon successful submission, the candidate will receive a user ID. It is important to save this ID for future reference
BDS Application Fee Payment Procedure
The application fee is 1000/- Taka, and it must be paid through a Teletalk prepaid SIM. The fee can be paid through just two SMS. The process for submitting the Dental admission application fee is outlined below.
First SMS: Type BDS<space>User ID and send it to 16222.
Example: BDS FRIGCT
(You will receive a PIN number in the return SMS)
Second SMS: Type BDS<space>YES<space>PIN<space>Center_Code_1,Center_Code_2,Center_Code_3 and send it to 16222.
